Fusion Resourcing Solutions is a company purpose built to connect government organisations with highly capable and experienced personnel to help them achieve value for money from their digital investments.
We believe in achieving true value and results for our clients and paying our team fairly for their efforts. We want to leave our clients in a better place, with full knowledge transfer, so they can be self sufficient long after our engagements.
We have a firm belief that neither our clients, nor the Australian public, should bare the significant costs for big company overheads – it simply does not pass the pub test. We are small, agile and work with minimal overheads so we can afford to provide our clients with Australia’s top talent without the ridiculous mark-ups of larger companies.
We also believe we are part of a broader community and are committed to supporting the efforts of volunteer organisations and charities. We proudly support several local sporting clubs, and important organisations Share the Dignity, Beyond Blue and Soldier On.

Minimised Overheads
We have set up from the start as a small, agile company just concentrating on the bare necessities to viably provide an effective service for clients and contractors.
Unlike other companies, we do not pay salespeople (Account Managers, Directors or Partners) to find and win work. We rely solely on word of mouth of our ability to connect contractors and clients to help us continue on our mission to deliver value for money for the Australian public.

Put simply, our business model is based on service to the public sector and the contractors they require to do important work for the Australian community.
We are different to others because we are not driven by margin, money and business growth. As previous APS employees, our definition of success is based disrupting the industry to deliver value for money for the Australian public. We are proof that this can be achieved with contract fees as low as 3%.
